Diggers Rest Medical Center
RJM are nearing completion for construction of our new 900m2 medical, dental and pharmacy building in Diggers Rest. We are delighted with the timing and quality of their work which is now about 2 months ahead of our tight schedule. RJM have worked though extended hours to overcome the bureaucratic hurdles and conditions which delayed their start on site.
The building is looking great, running on budget and ahead of time. We are most appreciative of their work for us.

This confidence is based on my experience with their work on 5 previous clinic buildings where I have been superintendent. These jobs have all run on time and on budget. Variation costs were treated fairly and the construction work and necessary aftercare is always carefully and promptly completed.
RJM use a reliable stable of regular sub-contractors who are very familiar with this building type and it’s particular Code and Standards obligations. RJM’s principal builders are still involved, ‘hands-on’ in the day to day construction which, for buildings of this size, provides value and quality control that larger firms cannot match.
