This 2.5 Hectare site was marked for a Medical Centre in a new residential subdivision on a semi-rural area on Melbourne’s northern growth corridor.

At 900m2 with pharmacy, medical, dental and specialist wings, the building is relatively large by suburban clinic standards and the design includes a significant proportion of the architect’s playful angles. Latent conditions related to the wider development led to a challenging and rather massive footing system. RJM’s experience with this building type and our strong work ethic enabled us to overcome these hurdles and hand over an outstanding building one full month ahead of the original program.
