This was by far the most exacting of the medical projects we have undertaken, but with the stress has come great reward. The building lives on a highly prominent site and any imperfections would be exposed. The envelope uses a range of quality materials which deserved special attention in detail and craftsmanship. Our contract team, the architect and the client sweated through the process, but we have arrived at the far end delighted by the product.

The busy adjacent intersection and the compact site meant for some challenging traffic and access issues. We worked closely with traffic management contractors and OH&S staff for a safe, efficient and successful outcome.

The search for the best aesthetic solution made for a design which evolved during construction with more changes than would be ideal. These variations were managed with our usual emphasis on outcome ahead of income.
