The ability to deal with crisis is a given for any builder, no matter how big or small. RJM team were able to complete this project through the pandemic, have it signed off by council and have some rented out for the owners all during this crazy time. From council meetings, liaising with contractors, inspectors, adapting to new safety laws, rules, regulations, creating something unique and unseen in the south east corridor.

RJM came through with these 5 magnificent townhouses, which were planned, managed, analysed and produced above average results as always. For the RJM team, it proves that every project is another stepping stone for them to grow and get better. Some notes to take away from this project are that the landscape was done by the directors and team, they don’t only put their sweat and tears into their projects but when needed, the team is there to give that extra push and put that human touch on your project.
