Stripping down the house to the bare bones, knocking out walls to create a functional, luxurious, and naturally lit house was a one task which they did, plus more.
They have created a masterpiece that if seen by locals, would be the talk of the town, 3 kitchens all together on this lot, fisherman’s filleting table, outdoor BBQ, huge entertaining deck, outdoor area to fit boats jet skis and have a private garden, they have created a sanctuary inside a sanctuary.

A vacant block next to the family holiday house, it was time for this block to be used and used it was. This house was built with everything you need plus more when you go to this traveler’s haven location.
Double garage for the 4wds, private garden, private locked up driveway with private gate with remote control, keypad door to name a few of the modern takes on this house.
BBQ on the patio, every room with their own ensuite. These must be mentioned as well as the fact that the directors had organized for the contractors to stay in Cowes, as it is quite a hike from Melbourne. Time management, budget analysis, communication, efficiency was key for this project. It didn’t only meet these targets but blew them out of the water, with the results it created, to what is now one of houses that is one of the highest standards of houses you will come across in Cowes to date.
